It is likely that the property will be siezed by the city and put up for public auction, threatening the possibility that Mary and Claire will be evicted.

Tom established and built his first dwelling on top of this cement abutment about 13 years ago after finding himself homeless. He has since built two other structures and now he's in the process of building his third one, a 16 X 16 foot building, also on top of the abutment. He recycles discarded construction materials to build his houses.
